Terms of Use

Please read these terms carefully before using ListingLab.

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ListingLab application ("App") or visiting listinglab.cc ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App or Website.

2. Description of Service

ListingLab is an AI-powered iOS application designed to help resellers create, manage, and export product listings to third-party marketplaces including Vinted, Depop, and eBay. Features include:

  • AI-assisted background removal from product photos
  • Automatically generated SEO-optimized titles and descriptions
  • AI-powered pricing recommendations
  • One-click batch export to multiple marketplaces
  • Inventory tracking and profit analytics

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use ListingLab. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • All content you upload, generate, and publish through ListingLab
  • Ensuring your listings comply with the rules and policies of applicable third-party marketplaces
  • Maintaining the security of any credentials associated with your use of the App
  • Ensuring that photos and product information you submit are accurate and do not infringe third-party rights

5. AI-Generated Content

ListingLab uses artificial intelligence to generate titles, descriptions, pricing suggestions, and to process images. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before publishing
  • ListingLab does not guarantee that AI-generated content will comply with marketplace policies or local laws

6. Third-Party Marketplaces

ListingLab integrates with third-party platforms (Vinted, Depop, eBay). These platforms have their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. ListingLab is not responsible for the practices, content standards, or actions of these third parties. Your use of those platforms is governed solely by their respective terms.

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

ListingLab is free to download with optional in-app purchases available for premium features. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
  • Upload counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems
  • Use automated bots or scraping tools against the App

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to ListingLab — including its design, code, AI models, and branding — remain the exclusive property of ListingLab. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial reselling activities.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

ListingLab is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListingLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
