- Product photos you capture or upload within the App
- Listing details such as titles, descriptions, prices, and condition

- Device type, iOS version, and app version for diagnostics
- Crash reports and performance metrics (anonymized)
- Anonymous usage analytics to improve the product experience
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process your product photos using AI background removal
- Generate AI-powered titles, descriptions, and pricing recommendations
- Facilitate export of listings to third-party marketplaces
- Diagnose bugs, fix crashes, and improve App performance

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Photo Processing and AI
When you use our background removal or AI description features, your photos and product details may be transmitted securely to our AI processing infrastructure. Photos are processed ephemerally — we do not store your product images on our servers after processing is complete. AI-generated content is returned to your device and is under your control.
5. Third-Party Services
ListingLab integrates with third-party platforms and services, including:
- Vinted, Depop, eBay — when you export listings, your listing data is shared with whichever platform you choose. Their privacy policies govern how they handle that data.
- Apple App Store — purchase and subscription data is processed by Apple and subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
- Analytics providers — we may use anonymized analytics tools to understand usage patterns. No personally identifiable data is shared with analytics providers.
6. Data Retention
Your listing data and drafts are stored locally on your device. We retain support communications for up to 2 years. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement purposes. You may request deletion of any data we hold about you at any time.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data in transit (TLS encryption) and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
